Shipping
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We ship with either UPS or FedEx, depending on weight and address. You will receive a shipping confirmation email the day your order ships, with tracking information.
Shipping Cost
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the total cost of your order. If your order requires more than one shipment, and all items are shipping to the same address, there is no additional shipping charge. Free shipping offers are calculated after any coupons are applied.

All orders that ship to Florida are subject to state sales tax.
Plants ship via UPS and FedEx, so we cannot accept PO BOX addresses for delivery on your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state agricultural restrictions, we are not able to ship live plants to AZ, AK, HI, and PR.
USDA regulations prevent us from shipping live plants outside of the US.
Receiving Your Shipment
We pack our plants to withstand up to a full week in transit. Open your box right away after receiving it. Refer to our Planting Instructions for guidance on successfully transplanting your new plants.
