Description

Lilac plumes over deeply cut foliage. Late-summer bloomer. Stunningly beautiful when used alone or in combinations in the landscape, Astilbe is attractive from spring to late fall. Upright clus-ters of colorful blooms are eye-catching in every stage of maturity. Tight flower clusters open slowly to present feathery plumes. The clusters often dry in place and these dried plumes can last well into the fall. Moisture lovers!

Bought a few of these last year for a shady spot in front of pine trees. Returned in spring and they are doing very well.
