We guarantee that you will receive healthy viable plants, true to name. Due to a wide range of grower experience and landscape conditions we cannot guarantee successful growth after potting or planting. While we do not offer refunds on plant purchases, we do care about your gardening success. In the first 30 days after your plants arrive, if any of your plants fail, we will send replacement plants or issue store credit for the value of those affected plants. We're gardeners too and we know the pain of losing plants in the garden or landscape. Beyond 30 days, we are happy to offer grower tips and a sympathetic ear.
We guarantee that you will receive healthy viable plants, true to name. Proper care of liners beyond delivery is the responsibility of the grower. We will be glad to replace or issue full credit for plants proven to be incorrectly represented, or for those that do not arrive in viable condition.
Our liners are targeted for the horticultural industry: Greenhouse Growers, Nurseries, Landscapers, Farmer's Markets and experienced growers/gardeners. They are most suitable for potting up pre-season and finishing into a larger plant prior to planting in the landscape or for future finished sales. Plugs planted directly into the landscape would require additional care due to the smaller root size.
Due to a wide range of grower experience and nursery conditions we cannot guarantee successful growth after potting your plug trays, but please let us know about any disappointments you experience. We may be able to help.
With all orders, shipping charges are non-refundable and liability is limited to the purchase price of the plant.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. No claims will be allowed for shortages or errors unless reported within one week of receipt of goods.
